Conditions of return and warranty
Although we do our best to sell only the best products and select products for quality and durability, it can happen that something does not go quite right. In that case it is wise to contact customer service immediately and describe the problem. You will then receive a proposal for an appropriate solution.
Within 14 days of receipt, you have the right to return any product without giving a reason. This period is also called the trial period or cooling off period. Within the trial period the only conditions are that the product is undamaged and returned in its original packaging. Returns within the trial period are at the expense of the customer.
Product return procedure
Step 1: Contacting customer service
After contacting customer service you will receive your return address.
Step 2: Send the product
Send the product to the address provided. Please note that this address differs from our normal visiting address.
Step 3: We confirm receipt
You will receive an update when the product has been received.
Step 4: We examine the product
We examine and review the product if necessary.
Step 5: We confirm the next step
After examination, we let you know if the return is complete or if there are any follow-up steps.

After confirming the refund, you will receive the amount within 5 working days. The amount will be paid to the account with which you paid the order.
We would like to receive the return unused and in original packaging. Do you not receive confirmation of receipt or approval of the return request? If so, please contact our customer service department and provide additional information as needed.
If the return request is rejected, you can request to receive the product back. Please note that shipping costs for this will be at your own expense.
