Verzending en levering

We deliver throughout the Netherlands. Delivery to Belgium and the rest of the EU is also possible. We ship our products with PostNL and sometimes with UPS for non-standard packages. We deliver from Tuesday to Saturday, deliveries on Sundays, Mondays and holidays are not possible unless otherwise indicated.

In general, products are delivered between 9:00 am and 6:00 pm. With the track and trace you can follow the package yourself. If this deviates you will be informed. In busy periods such as holidays it may happen that the order is delivered outside these times.

The logistics parties we use decide when and at what time delivery will be made, we have no influence on this. If you are not at home at the time of delivery, you can use the tracking link to indicate when you want the product delivered or picked up.

Package tracking

Once the parcel has been sent, you will receive a track & trace code with a link. Through this link you can check the status of the delivery and the location of the package. Updates about the delivery will also be sent to you by e-mail.

Delivery time

On average, it takes 2-5 business days to deliver a package. Is the package delayed or still not delivered within this period? Please contact our customer service and we will provide a suitable solution.

Packaging

All products are packaged discreetly. On the outside of the package you cannot see which products it is. In addition, we provide stable packaging. Swords are fragile products and are therefore packed extra well.
