We ship the ordered product within 2-5 working days on average via post.nl. A thorough quality check is carried out before shipping, which is why it takes a little longer.

You have the legal right to return a product within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason. In that case, the shipping costs are borne by the customer. After notification, you have another 14 days to actually return the product. If you exercise your right of return, the entire order amount, including shipping costs, will be refunded to the account number used for payment within 14 days of the return notification.

Please contact us immediately. It is not possible to change the address in your account afterwards.

In most cases, you will receive the items in one package, but in some cases you may receive separate packages.
